Gateway Services

When you register to use Top Payment Solutions’s online processing services, or ‘Gateway Services’, you will be required to provide personally identifiable information and enter into a written agreement with Top Payment Solutions.  If you order any products or services from businesses, or ‘Customers’ that use our Gateway Services, you may be required to submit personally identifiable information for the purpose of processing orders.

Marketing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize Top Payment Solutions Services, content, and advertising.
